Most accounting firms look only at the financial picture, yet it is typically the marketing plan that drives financial success.
We focus on developing close relationships with our clients and take the time necessary to know you and your business needs. Unlike other accounting services, we come to you and meet you on your own turf—whether it is at your office or home, during the week, on a weekend or at night.
We are not a hit-and-run tax service, which merely plugs your year-end numbers into a tax program. We will stay in touch with you, understand the substance of your tax returns, and help demystify the IRS regulations. We also send out personalized reminders to ensure that you meet important tax deadlines.

Accountability Services was founded and is currently managed by Elizabeth Mance. Prior to establishing the firm, Elizabeth worked for Arthur Andersen for 12 years where she worked her way up from auditor to tax manager, and then eventually became Andersen's CFO for their Software Development division at their Technology Campus in Sarasota, Florida. In 1997 she left Andersen to pursue her dream of starting her own business here in Seattle.

Elizabeth is an honors graduate in Accountancy from the University of South Florida and also holds a degree in Marketing. Her combination of education and experience give her a well-rounded background that is ideal for providing clients with strong financial solutions and overall business guidance.
